Terms and Conditions of Sales governing all transactions with NAV Engineering Ltd.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions of Sales ("Terms") apply to all sales of products and services by NAV Engineering Ltd. ("Seller") to its customers ("Buyer").

By placing an order with NAV Engineering, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms. Any modifications or additional terms must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by NAV Engineering. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Orders are considered accepted when confirmed in writing by the Seller or upon shipment of the products.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full according to the agreed terms, which may include TT/Advance or NET payment methods. The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon shipment. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any issues within 5 business days.

5. Warranty and Returns

NAV Engineering warrants that all parts sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period, as stated in the product documentation.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, installation, or external factors beyond the Seller's control.

Returns or exchanges must be approved in writing and comply with the Seller's return policy.

6. Honesty and Integrity

NAV Engineering operates with honesty and transparency, ensuring that all information provided to customers is accurate and truthful. We are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in all business dealings.

7. Limitation of Liability

NAV Engineering's liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of defective products, at its discretion.

The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of its products.

8. Force Majeure

NAV Engineering is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bulgaria.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
